Ensuring resident care needs are assessed; Collaborating with the Director of Wellness to schedule and adjust staffing levels to ensure consistency with the residence’s occupancy levels, the acuity of the residents and the services being offered.



Provide oversight and management of the Continence Care Program; Overseeing and supervising the medication administration program including administering of medications, completing audits, monitor control, training of new team members and safekeeping of drugs and narcotics.

Manage Wellness Team

Onboarding and education requirements Developing qualified and collaborative relationships with hospital staff, participate in marketing outreach such as presentations on wellness services and aging in place philosophy Minimum 2 years’ experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation and/or retirement living. Bilingual proficiency English and French preferred Must be able to work a minimum of 2 evenings shift per week Must be able to work staggered shifts opposite DOW with evening and alternate weekends within routine schedule Strong computer skills in Electronic health Record Program, Electronic MAR, Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
