As Statflo’s Associate Product Manager, you’ll be a key member of the Product team, working closely with Engineers to make sure customers get maximum value from Statflo.

Evaluate and triage incoming requests - review, refine, and prioritize tasks, balancing customer value and engineering effort. Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales and CS to understand impact and manage expectations. As an expert on our product, you will investigate data issues and own platform configurations as the technical point of contact between customers and engineering.

Bridge the gap between Sales handoff and go-live - handling account configuration, data validation, and any technical blockers during onboarding. You have a familiar understanding of relational databases, with the curiosity to go deeper and are comfortable working with APIs.
