Athlete Experience

Specialists (AES) are the first and last impression of Brodie League's game night experience. The goal is to make every athlete and fan feel welcome and build a strong sense of community throughout the night. Check in players efficiently and ensure smooth front-of-house flow throughout the evening Support the setup and breakdown of the game night environment to Brodie's standards Help maintain energy levels across the gym throughout the full duration of the event Contribute to a consistent,



premium game night atmosphere at every location Engage meaningfully with athletes and fans to create a genuine sense of community Act as an ambassador for the Brodie brand in all interactions throughout the night Availability for evenings and weekends - game nights are non-negotiable Genuine passion for sports, community, and delivering exceptional experiences Must operate as a self-employed individual and be responsible for own tax remittances and HST obligations Prior experience in events, hospitality, sports, or customer-facing service roles Familiarity with or connection to Vancouver's basketball or recreational sports community ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DISCLOSURE Artificial intelligence may be used in the recruitment and selection process, including to screen, assess, or evaluate applicants.
