The Estimator’s primary responsibility is creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers including all communication.

Also, estimators inform and update customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles, documents and parts needed for repairs. The Estimator works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities KPIs.

Provide

Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process Ensure ASE is updated accurately with significant details from every customer interaction Communicate all customer requests and needs to the appropriate team members Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager Build customer relationships and apply learning to maximize KPI performance (Sales/ GP/ EBITDA/ BHPD/ NPS, Return Rate,
