Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. We’re looking for Personal Lines auto claims adjusters who have passed the AMF exams or intend to do so. Monday to Friday (35 hours/week) Open new claims over the phone with customers, then ensure the situation is handled immediately.

Interview insureds and/or witnesses to gather their accounts of events. Determine whether the claim is covered or not by analyzing the insured’s policy details. Settle claims fairly and equitably, confirm damage amounts and make payments.

Claims adjuster licence and successful completion of exams.



Your excellent customer service skills will allow you to reassure and support your customers throughout the claims process. Your analytical skills will enable you to use your judgment and logic when evaluating claims files.

You’re not afraid of using different computer systems to perform your tasks. You are bilingual (English-French): You are able to interact with both French-speaking and English-speaking customers on a daily basis. Intermediate level English is required.

You will regularly handle claims files from English-speaking customers. Advanced level English is required. If you have relevant experience, your Personal Lines claims adjuster licence and have passed the exams, we want to hear from you!
