- Design and develop test automation scripts and frameworks under senior guidance
- Contribute to automated test planning and execution for projects
- Apply analytical and technical skills to drive defect prevention and early detection initiatives
- Explore and implement AI-driven testing approaches, such as intelligent test generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create test suites and traceability matrices
- Support test walkthroughs
- Maintain and optimize automation scripts for Core Banking and Specialized applications
- Partner with IT and business teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage

Requirements

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Solid programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Solid understanding of software development principles
- Familiarity with test automation tools/frameworks including Playwright, Cucumber, RestAssured, Robot Framework, and TestNG
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Knowledge of software testing concepts, including test case design, API/microservices testing, and non-functional testing such as performance and security
- Analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing testing processes through automation




- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies as a Quality Engineer or SDET is nice-to-have
- Coursework or projects involving AI-driven testing, BDD, or microservices architectures is nice-to-have
