The Service

Technician, under the direction of the Service Manager, will primarily be responsible for conducting diagnostic procedures to determine vehicle maintenance requirements and providing accurate repairs for our customers vehicles.Performance Ford is a high-volume, high-energy dealership deeply rooted in Windsor's proud automotive history. Ford provides a steady, vibrant workflow designed for reliable sales professionals and skilled technicians who take genuine pride in their craft and want to maximize their earning potential in a state-of-the-art facility. 310 S Licensed Service Technician ~ Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards Communicates with service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed,



or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order including diagnostic trouble codes and cause and correction.
