Play a key role in the customer experience by repairing or replacing windshield with utmost skill and care using industry-leading tools Consistently meet or exceed Speedy Glass® technical standards in the installation of vehicle glass and other products, and ensure that the company’s quality and other procedures are complied with Adhere to and enforce Belron® International technical standards and work procedures for door, window and windshield repair and replacement Ensure proper tool maintenance Ensure that you work within company productivity targetsRepresent the interests of the customer in dealing with internal procedures, including promptly providing customer feedback and keeping customers informed of the work process being carried out Foster genuine relationships with your customers and fellow team members Have a valid Class 5 or Class G license (Class 7 Novice, or G2 are not considered full driver’s license) Be able to drive company vehicle to complete the tasks independently at the client’s site, where required High school diploma or the equivalent Direct experience in the automotive glass repair and replacement industry is an asset Be available to work a versatile schedule Belron Canada is an integral part of the Belron International family, a global leader in auto glass repair and replacement, and forward-facing digital camera calibration.
