Asa Sales Floor Manage r ,youwillberesponsible forleading, coaching and motivating a team and working directly with employees and customers toprovidean amazing purchasing experience.

Skills and Qualifications





- Proven experience as a Floor Manager or Desk Manager in an automotive dealership.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing sales team.

- Excellent deal-structuring ability and sound judgment.

- A customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering an exceptional dealership experience.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
