Responsibilities

- Working from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- Speaking with customers about their auto repair needs
- Creating repair orders and recommending additional repairs/maintenance to encourage sales
- Presenting estimates and explaining the importance of the service before gaining approval for the work
- Communicating with the service team to keep the day‑to‑day flowing smoothly

Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience as an automotive service advisor or a similar customer service role

- Time management skills for effectively balancing workflow in a fast‑paced workplace
- Strong ability to sell auto repair and maintenance services
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
