Proven experience operating and troubleshooting AV systems: projection, lighting, audio, control, and networking.



Robust technical troubleshooting skills with quick problem‑solving ability.

Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, technical teams, and external partners. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and during evening shifts. Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and seasonal peaks.

Operate and monitor all AV systems during nightly shows, ensuring smooth playback and a flawless guest experience. Perform pre‑show, in‑show, and post‑show checks on projection, lighting, audio, control, and networking systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly in a live operational environment.

Follow established procedures for operating the in‑house AV control system. Contribute to enhancing the guest experience before and after shows, aligning with Lumina’s creative and operational vision. Ready to Light Up the Night?
