- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Communications Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years total engineering experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in avionics and/or aviation communication systems
- Demonstrated experience with:

o Aircraft avionics architectures o RF communication systems o IP-based data networks o BVLOS or unmanned aircraft operations

- Familiarity with aviation certification and regulatory environments (FAA, EASA, or equivalent)
