Description

We are looking for a lawyer with between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a transactional practice of real estate law and who is interested in joining our Real Estate team providing strategic business advice on complex real estate transactions to Quebec, Canadian and international clients in the real estate sector.

In this role, you will be required to work proactively on a wide variety of Quebec, Canadian and international real estate transactions, including large and complex mandates. You will work closely with a diverse and sophisticated client base that includes developers, private equity firms as well as major financial institutions and banks. Our team of about 10 professionals will provide you with an environment enabling you to reach your full potential.

Experience requirements :

- 2 to 5 years of real estate transactional experience gained at a large law firm, real estate boutique firm or in-house counsel at a real estate company.

Education and qualifications :

- Bachelor of Laws
- Top academic record
- Member of the Quebec Bar or the Quebec Chambre des notaires

Required skills :

- Excellent legal mind
- Capacity for analysis and synthesis
- Ability to work in a team
- Bilingualism, French and English, given the clientele, mandates and international scope of the firm
