Applicants should have a Master’s Degree in Social Work and five years in the mental health sector, including supervisory experience. This role emphasizes program development in collaboration with community partners. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise clinical and administrative functions for teams
- Involve in community capacity building and program development
- Conduct peer supervision meetings in compliance with program models
- Forge skilled alliances with community agencies
- Track program statistics and assess service delivery outcomes

Requirements:

- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
- Leadership experience with a minimum of 5 years in mental health
- Appropriate certification under the Psychotherapy Act
