We are tech-driven to provide the best possible experience for our customers and optimize our business operations. We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our agile team at PartsAvatar.

In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our innovative online platform, ensuring that our customers have seamless access to automotive parts information and services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the automotive retail industry. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications that meet business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and reliability.





Utilize

Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively. Implement database solutions using PostgreSQL for data management and retrieval. Degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. ~3+ years of proven experience in software development. ~ Proficiency in the Python programming language. ~ Knowledge of PostgreSQL for database management is essential. ~ Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required, as English is the primary working language across teams in Ontario and Quebec.

French is considered an asset.
