Table Nineteen is looking for a dynamic, creative, and responsible Bar Supervisor to lead the Bar team at Olympic View Golf Course.

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO

- Take ownership of the vibrant bar at Table Nineteen.
- Go above and beyond to educate, inspire, and motivate the Bar team.
- Train your team to flawlessly execute the drink menu and tailor creative beverages to each Guest's desire.
- Mingle with our appreciative and fun clientele; ensure they receive quality service and drinks.
- Support a variety of fun events: patio BBQs + weddings + lively cocktail receptions.
- Use your voice; we embrace new ideas.
- Master new skills based on your own ambitions; we provide support for your personal and professional growth.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- 1-2 years’ experience in a managing bartending role; wine, cocktail, and inventory knowledge is essential.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Natural ability to coach and influence others.




- Ability to think fast and react quickly with a calm mind.
- Multi-tasking proficiency and an effortless ability to prioritize.
