We are seeking a versatile and energetic individual to join our team as a Kitchen, Barista, Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including food preparation in the kitchen, crafting delicious coffee beverages as a barista, and handling customer transactions as a cashier.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols throughout food preparation and service.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Monitor and replenish display areas to ensure ample stock availability during shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area and equipment, with particular emphasis on barista tools.




- Assist in inventory management, including ordering, storing, and handling stock.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures for inventory rotation.
- Handle cash register operations with precision and accountability.
- Uphold a clean, tidy, and hygienic kitchen environment, including personal hygiene standards.
- Welcome customers warmly with a smile and greeting within 5 seconds of contact.
- Serve each customer's needs promptly and efficiently, aiming for a maximum wait time of 2 minutes.

Skills

- Previous experience in a kitchen, barista, or cashier role preferred
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to recent tasks
- Food handler's certificate (preferred but not required)
