Am and PM (Bar or serve) Sunday AM (Day Bar) Monday AM (Day Bar) 1–2 years of bartending experience in a high-end hotel or restaurant Strong knowledge of current food and beverage trends Solid wine and cocktail expertise Smart Serve Certified Available for varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Passionate about hospitality, creativity, and delivering a standout guest experience Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset Create and serve high-quality, consistent, and cutting-edge beverages Manage bar inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace Serve food and drinks to guests at the bar and lounge areas Ensure compliance with health and liquor regulations,
