The Boss Kitchen & Bar is looking for an experienced and personable Bartender to join our team in the heart of Banff. The ideal candidate is confident behind the bar, thrives in a fast-paced workplace and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. Preparing cocktails, beer and wine Providing knowledgeable menu recommendations Serving guests at the bar and surrounding tables Processing payments Maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar Working closely with the service and kitchen teams Applicants should have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain organized and welcoming during busy services.
Previous bartending experience and valid Alberta ProServe certification are required. Evening, weekend and holiday availability is essential.
