- Create BAS documentation and drawings under management guidance
- Conduct detailed CAD drafting including layouts and diagrams




- Maintain consistency with BAS documentation standards
- Identify construction inconsistencies in operation sequences
- Resolve documentation issues through team collaboration

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in BAS design or controls
- Preferred CET designation in Mechanical or Electrical
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit experience is an asset
- Solid HVAC systems and control sequence knowledge
- Capable of independently managing delegated tasks
