The Beauty Advisor is an in-store sales qualified responsible for building deep, long-lasting client relationships that drive brand sales, service, and loyalty. This role delivers exceptional customer service, meets and exceeds personal and brand sales targets, and supports merchandising and promotional activities.

Compensation includes base hourly pay with commission tied to sales performance. Consistently deliver extraordinary service and personalized selling to all customers Meet and exceed personal and brand sales and service targets Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition, development, and retention Share product expertise with the store selling team and maintain relationships with buyer, vendor, and selling manager Support brand sales through event execution, assortment recommendations,



and marketing opportunities Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks Communicate regularly with personal clients regarding events, merchandise requests, and follow-up Resolve customer service issues and partner with selling management as needed High school diploma Minimum of 2 years experience in a commission-based sales environment Proven ability to exceed sales targets Prior luxury retail sales experience preferredMake-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Fluent in French and English #
