The Beauval Health
Centre requires an RN with Additional Authorized Practice designation to manage common medical conditions. You’ll leverage your solid assessment and decision-making abilities to enhance care delivery while collaborating with other health professionals. Your efforts will directly impact community health initiatives and patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Treat and diagnose limited common medical issues
- Adhere to Additional Authorized Practice competencies
- Build partnerships with community health stakeholders
- Facilitate inter-professional collaboration effectively
- Engage in process evaluations for quality improvement
Requirements:
- Essential: Additional Authorized Practice (AAP) designation
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BScN) required
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
- Registered or eligible with CRNS as RN(AAP)
- Proficient in problem-solving and computer skills
