The Behaviour
Analyst plays a crucial role in developing tailored interventions that address challenging behaviours in students. This position requires a Master’s Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis and BCBA credentials, along with collaborative skills for working with multi-disciplinary teams. You will support staff in creating effective plans, conduct assessments, and guide training while aligning with the Division’s educational objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to create individualized behaviour plans
- Select evidence-based interventions for student needs
- Train staff on specialized programs and techniques
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for effective interventions
- Document and analyze student progress through data
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis
- Board Certified Behaviour Analyst credentials
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of behavior intervention techniques
- Familiarity with Alberta Education’s mandates
