AO Globe Life is growing its remote team and is seeking motivated, people-oriented individuals for an entry-level Benefit Enrolment Agent position. No previous insurance experience is necessary we provide the training and guidance to help you get started.

This role is a solid fit for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating with people, and wants to build professional experience in a sales and client-service environment.

Position Overview

Benefit Enrolment Agents work directly with eligible members to help them understand and access their available benefit options. Youll guide clients through the enrolment process, answer questions, and help them select coverage based on their individual circumstances.

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled phone and virtual meetings with eligible members

Guide clients through available benefit and insurance options

Explain plan features, coverage details, and eligibility in a straightforward manner

Help members complete the enrolment and application process

Answer questions and address concerns throughout the enrolment experience

Maintain regular communication with clients and follow up when needed

Keep client information and documentation organized and up to date

Provide a professional and positive customer experience

Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing coaching





Develop strong knowledge of company products and benefit programs

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients

Comfortable using a computer, phone, and virtual meeting platforms

No previous insurance experience required

Experience in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, or sales is welcome, but it is not a requirement.
