Bid & Proposal Manager Part-Time, Remote

About ABOMISABOMIS is an aviation technology company providing passenger and baggage processing solutions to airlines, airports, and ground handling companies worldwide.

As we grow internationally, we are participating in an increasing number of RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and procurement processes. We are looking for an experienced Bid & Proposal Manager who can take ownership of these opportunities and help us produce clear, professional, and competitive submissions.

The RoleThis is a hands-on role. You will manage bids from the moment an RFP or tender is received through final submission.

You will work directly with our sales, product, technical, finance, and management teams to collect the required information, organize the response, identify gaps, manage deadlines, and prepare the final submission.

What You’ll Do

- Manage RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and proposals from initial review through submission
- Analyze tender documents and identify requirements, deadlines, risks, and required deliverables
- Build and maintain compliance matrices and response plans
- Coordinate technical, commercial, legal, security, and financial inputs
- Write, edit, and improve proposal responses
- Make sure every requirement and question has been properly addressed




- Manage submission deadlines and clarification processes
- Prepare supporting documents, presentations, and commercial proposal packages
- Build and maintain a reusable library of company information, product descriptions, certifications, references, and previous responses
- Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our bid process

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing RFPs, RFIs, tenders, or complex proposals
- Excellent written English and strong proposal-writing skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to understand technical information and turn it into clear, persuasive responses
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and chasing information when necessary
- Able to work independently and take ownership of deadlines
- Experience with technology or SaaS proposals is preferred
- Experience with aviation, airports, airlines, government procurement, or other complex enterprise tenders is a strong advantage
