Role Type: Full-Time | On-site | Canada-Based Laserglow Technologies is hiring an Account Coordinator to support our growing sales and customer success teams. Based in North York, this role plays a critical part in the day-to-day coordination of client accounts, supporting our Key Account Managers, Field Representatives, and partners to ensure smooth execution from quote to delivery. You’ll act as the operational link between customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners — providing exceptional service, clear communication, and proactive follow-through in a rapid-moving, safety-focused business.

Support Key Account

Managers and Field Reps with quote creation, client communications, and order tracking. Coordinate product demos, install timelines, and post-sale follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders. Assist with CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and documentation of account activity. Handle customer inquiries, issue resolution, and basic technical product questions with speed and accuracy.



Help prepare client-facing materials such as proposals, product specs, and usage guides.

Speak

English & French Fluently ~2–4+ years in a client-facing support, account coordination, or sales operations role. ~ Experience supporting industrial, technical, or B2B sales organizations is a strong asset. ~ Comfortable working with CRMs & ERP systems, quoting tools, and shared documentation systems. ~ Familiarity with industrial products, warehouse safety, or technical customer support. ~ Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, finance, customer service). ~ Background in safety-related or capital equipment industries is a bonus. ~ Service-minded and detail-oriented, with a “get-it-done” attitude. ~ Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize across multiple accounts. ~ Technically curious and eager to learn Laserglow’s solutions and customer base. ~
