Robust understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), API troubleshooting, authentication, request/response analysis, and vendor integrations. Bilingual communication skills (English & French). Top 3 Preferred Skills Experience with API management/testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, Apigee, MuleSoft, or API Gateway platforms.

Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or ELK.

Experience ~5+ years of application support experience, including API and integration support. ~ Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS, and API security concepts. ~ Experience working with external vendors and third-party integrations."
