We are supporting a well-established organization in the Canadian healthcare supply and distribution sector as it expands its bilingual client support team. This is a relationship-focused position and not a high-volume call centre role.

You will manage significant customer accounts, coordinate operational details, resolve issues, and build trusted relationships with healthcare partners. Coordinate account programs, product updates, onboarding activities, allocations, backorders, and special-order requirements.

Prepare account information, performance data, reports, and presentation materials for recurring client meetings and business reviews. Work closely with customer service, finance, operations, logistics providers, and external stakeholders to keep business activities running smoothly. Investigate account concerns, coordinate dispute resolution, and elevate recurring or complex matters when required.

Maintain accurate account records and ensure data integrity within ERP and order-management systems.



Support process improvements, service standards, internal controls, and automation initiatives. Provide polished bilingual support in English and French, both written and verbal.

Depending on the assigned stream, provide additional support related to pricing and contracts, special accounts and controlled products, or broader client relationship management. Fluency in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Post-secondary education; new graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience in customer service, account coordination, order management, sales support, administration, or a related client-facing role. Healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical distribution, hospital, or regulated-industry experience is preferred but not required.

Experience using ERP, order-management, CRM, or similar business systems. A polished, professional approach and the confidence to work directly with customers and senior stakeholders. The ability to work autonomously, apply good judgment, and ask thoughtful questions when support is needed.

A collaborative mindset and an interest in working within a smaller, close-knit office environment. Availability to work in the office full-time during the training period before transitioning to the hybrid schedule.
