Requirements

- Bilingual verbal and written proficiency in French and English
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Strong technical skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Availability for schedules between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. ET on weekdays and 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. ET on weekends
- Call center experience, especially within financial services, considered a strong asset
