The General Ledger

Consultant will manage and execute the entire implementation lifecycle, including planning, discovery, design, and deployment, in addition to project and client management responsibilities, with a focus on General Ledger (GL) requirements. Manage all aspects of the GL implementation process, including collaborative consultation with the client, requirements definition, solution design, guided configuration, unit and integration testing, training, and full deployment. Apply functional and technical expertise to effectively execute requirements.

Partner with client project managers and executives throughout the implementation. Engage specific client contacts, such as Controllers, Accountants, and Financial Officers, to complete analysis of client-specific GL posting requirements. Consult and advise clients throughout the implementation process on best practices that maximize value and return on investment.

Collaborate with the project team, internal partners, external clients, and third parties to ensure successful delivery. Effectively manage multiple projects and clients at the same time with multiple competing priorities and coach others to work effectively. Must be fluent in English and French, both written and verbal. ~ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Accounting, or equivalent experience. ~5+ years of software implementation experience, with a focus on accounting. ~ Practical knowledge of accounting and payroll,



production environments, and implementation practices. ~ Experience with software in a SaaS/Cloud setting with a focus on HCM. ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. ~ Demonstrated knowledge of SQL, XML, and XSLT. ~ Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
