The Regional

Representative engages with members, fosters solidarity, and delivers essential union services. You will leverage your knowledge of union issues while enhancing community ties through effective communication and motivation of workers. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver union programs and services regionally
- Analyze and interpret collective agreements and policies
- Inspire and organize groups for collective goals
- Design and facilitate educational courses
- Develop educational materials for union members

Requirements:

- Experience in labor or social justice movements
- Knowledge of union and social issues
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- Familiarity with basic computer technology
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
