les universités et des canaux communautaires Collaborer avec les gestionnaires d’embauche pour comprendre les exigences des postes et recommander des candidats Coordonner les entrevues et gérer les pipelines de candidats Pourvoir efficacement les postes vacants et respecter les délais d’embauche Formation postsecondaire en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe (un atout) Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais (à l’oral, à l’écrit et en lecture) Expérience en recrutement à volume élevé ou pour des postes difficiles à pourvoir (un atout) Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Opportunité de travailler avec des marques nationales et internationales de premier plan Culture collaborative axée sur la performance Processus de recrutement Notre processus de recrutement est structuré et transparent, avec des candidats évalués de manière cohérente selon les critères liés au poste. Talent Acquisition Responsibilities

Source candidates through ATS, job boards, social platforms, universities, and community channels Proactively build pipelines for both high-volume and niche roles Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings/interviews Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related field is an asset Fully bilingual in French & English (spoken, written, and read) Experience in high-volume recruitment or sourcing hard-to-fill roles is an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Opportunity to work with leading national and global brands Collaborative, performance-driven culture Our recruitment process is structured and transparent, with candidates assessed consistently against role-related criteria. Qualified candidates complete an initial phone or virtual interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Shortlisted candidates participate in a phone or virtual interview with the Hiring Manager.

Selected candidates attend an in-person or virtual interview with the Hiring Manager and relevant team members.
