Your focus will include configuring client environments and delivering tailored training sessions, whether virtually or in-person. Building robust relationships with client administrators and stakeholders is essential to optimize the implementation process. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead onboarding and implementation projects smoothly

Requirements:

- 5+ years in Customer Success or Software Implementation
