About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Blockchain Product Manager to drive product vision and execution from their Kimberley office. You will be responsible for defining and launching cutting-edge products within the crypto and blockchain space, bridging the gap between market needs and technical capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, market trends, and customer needs to deliver successful products that disrupt the industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing blockchain-based products.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and validate product ideas.
- Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications for engineering teams.
- Prioritize the product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing,



and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on blockchain, cryptocurrency, or related technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology products, preferably in the digital asset space.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, dApps, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
