About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Blockchain Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of their cutting-edge projects in Kimberley . You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing blockchain initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain landscape, and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in driving the adoption of blockchain technology and delivering innovative solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full project lifecycle for blockchain initiatives, from conception to deployment.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with development teams, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, ensuring smooth project progression.
- Facilitate communication and provide regular status updates to all relevant parties.




- Ensure adherence to blockchain development best practices and quality standards.

Requirements

- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years specifically managing blockchain or crypto projects .
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts , and decentralized applications.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
