Job Summary:

Operate and maintain blow moulding/extrusion machines to produce plastic products as per quality and production standards. Ensure efficient machine performance, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot blow moulding/extrusion machines

- Adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, speed) for optimal output

- Perform mould changes and minor maintenance

- Monitor product quality and perform visual/mechanical checks

- Record production data and report issues to supervisors

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

- Maintain clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- 4+ years experience in blow moulding or extrusion (plastic manufacturing preferred)

- Knowledge of machine setup, tooling, and troubleshooting

- Ability to read basic technical drawings/specs

- Robust attention to detail and quality control

- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred:

- Experience with PET/HDPE materials

- Mechanical aptitude or maintenance experience
