As the Body Shop Manager, you will take full ownership of the operation, leading both the business and the people behind it: Drive financial performance by developing budgets, analyzing results, and implementing profit-focused strategies Build and develop a high-performing team by hiring, mentoring, and supporting staff Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and quality to ensure top-tier workmanship Oversee estimates, invoicing,
