Schedule: This is a full time, permanent role of 40 hours per week. The regular scheduled hours will be Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A division of the Jim Pattison Group, the Jim Pattison Auto Group was founded in 1961 by Jimmy Pattison, when he purchased a GM franchise.

Perform structural and cosmetic collision repairs on a variety of vehicles Straighten frames and unibody structures using specialized equipment Weld, sand, fit, and prepare vehicles for the paint process Ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards Work closely with estimators, parts,



and paint departments to keep repairs on schedule Reassemble vehicles, including trim, lighting, and safety-related components Perform final quality inspections to ensure a safe, professional repair Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting production and efficiency goals Automotive Body Repair Certification, I-car structural welding Certification, and a positive can-do attitude!

Welding and metal repair skills Frame and structural repair experience Ability to work the physical requirements of a service technician role Ability to work in an automotive shop environment Indoor automotive shop with multiple service bays Work performed around moving vehicles, hoists, and heavy equipment Temperature can vary (shops may be cooler in winter, warmer in summer despite heating/ventilation) Flat Rate Opportunity with high technician productivity.
