Role Description The Bookkeeper role is a full-time, on-site position based in London, ON. The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, preparing and posting journal entries, and reconciling bank and credit card accounts. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities, supporting the preparation of financial statements and management reports, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial policies.





The role also involves working with accounting software, responding to internal financial queries, and collaborating with other team members to support operational efficiency. The Bookkeeper contributes to a high level of integrity and accuracy in financial reporting that supports the company’s continued growth.

Qualifications

- Strong bookkeeping skills, including experience with journal entries and day-to-day accounting processes.
- Ability to work with financial statements and support month-end and year-end reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software and related financial systems.
- Solid understanding of finance principles and basic accounting standards.
- Relevant post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and on time.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the travel industry or a multi-branch business setting is an asset.
