The successful candidate will be comfortable managing routine and repetitive accounting tasks with accuracy and consistency while also being interested in gaining broader exposure to financial operations as the business continues to grow. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, willing to take ownership of their work, and excited by the opportunity to help build and improve processes rather than simply inherit an established accounting function. Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting transactions.

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Complete bank and credit card reconciliations.



Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes. Assist with payroll-related accounting entries and reconciliations as required.

Support the Director of Finance with budgeting, forecasting, audit preparation, and other financial projects. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and administrative efficiencies. Assist with other accounting and finance-related duties as required.

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience is preferred; strong recent graduates will also be considered.

Experience with QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online. Comfortable performing repetitive and transactional accounting work. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Interest in developing a long-term career in accounting and finance. Health & Dental advantages. ~2 weeks paid vacation. ~
