This position requires a Health Care Aide Certificate and preferably 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting. You will also need to exercise independent judgment while following established care protocols with a focus on person-centered services. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance in daily living activities to residents
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with PHIA and FIPPA
- Collaborate with the nursing team to prioritize patient care
- Complete required safety and training programs
- Demonstrate effective communication with patients and colleagues

Requirements:

- Health Care Aide Certificate necessary
- 1–2 years’ relevant healthcare experience preferred
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Robust command of English in communication
- Ability to handle stress and diverse patient interactions
