Barrage works with some of the hottest brands in beauty today and provides in-store support in retailers like Sephora, ULTA, Bluemercury, and more!

The Brand

Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales targets in an assigned market, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness. As a Brand Specialist, you will report to the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive depending on your market. This is a fluctuating, part-time opportunity, with the work schedule varying monthly based on the brands’ needs and distance willing to travel.

Establish and develop strong relationships with the store teams. Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge. Provide critical feedback through survey responses. Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit.

Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail workplace required.



Must be available on weekends. Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory. We hire employees, not just freelancers!
