Learn more about us on our website at About Working in Remote Camps Our camps are located in remote areas and staff live on-site on scheduled shifts and leave camp on scheduled breaks. Most of our LandSea camps offer individual staff accommodation, ensuite or shared bathroom, full meals, WIFI and some have health/gym facilities for staff.

Camp staff work long hours and multiple days in a row. A typical workday is between 10-12 hours (day or night shift) and overtime rates apply. Health and Safety and a Respectful Workplace are essential for everyone working together at LandSea.

Our camps are drug and alcohol-free workplaces and require pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Breakfast

Baker / Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring the overall organization, housekeeping and efficient operation of LandSea camp facilities and for preparing breakfast and service, plus preparing all baked items, as outlined in a predetermined menu plan. BC Our team organizes all logistics and travel for employees to get to and from camp. #Breakfast Cook / Baker Set up and stock cooking stations before service. Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, portion standards, and quality requirements Monitor food inventory and notify management of supply needs Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food products Work efficiently during busy breakfast service periods Support other kitchen staff as needed Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations after service Oversee room inspections and cleaning schedules Keep the laundry room tidy; Ensure accommodations, laundry facilities, and common areas meet company standards Deliver high-quality customer service in a remote camp environment This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). 4 years' experience in a related field of work; preferably a camp catering environment with a housekeeping background preferred ~3-5 years' previous experience as a breakfast cook, line cook,



baker or similar role preferred ~ High production baking experience while maintaining a minimum of 70% scratch baking ~ Knowledge of breakfast food preparation and cooking techniques ~ Basic First Aid, basic and advanced Food Secure training, WHMIS, HCCAP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), Travel Restraint, Transport of Dangerous Goods, Accident Investigation, and Health and Safety Training certificates are an asset ~ Knowledge of Camp Manager Database programs and retail Point of Sale systems ~ Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word ~ Team player and can provide support, motivation and encouragement to others LandSea and site-specific Orientation and Health and Safety Criminal Record Check Clearance Valid Government Issued ID for travel if required At Aramark, we empower our people to create moments that matter through exceptional hospitality experiences.We serve more than a dozen industries with pride and passion, building community, connection and careers all across the world.
