Broadcast

Technician II We're seeking a broadcast technology professional with hands‑on experience supporting television production environments and a strong appetite for continuous learning. The ideal candidate brings experience working with broadcast infrastructure, production systems, media workflows, and IP-based technologies, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast‑paced operational environment. Perform technical maintenance on cameras, audio consoles, switches, network connections.

Liaise with staff and respond to their technical priorities. Provide on‑site technical support for live productions (i.e. Install and test production equipment and editing systems. Provide training on new installations as required.

Provide technical support for Camera Operators in the field Technical college diploma in Electronics and/or Computer Sciences or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years related IT and broadcast experience.



In‑depth knowledge of digital video/audio systems.

Good working knowledge of television production and editing. Working knowledge of AutoCad. Demonstrated competence with desktop applications including Microsoft Office (Word, excel, Outlook). Knowledge of GrassValley Edius is an asset To protect our people, brand and assets, a pre‑employment background check will be conducted.
