- Assess health status and risks of clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- Eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan
- Experience in public health nursing preferred
- Solid communication and evaluation skills
- Availability to travel for client assessments
