As a Business Analyst, Data Management, you will play a key role in delivering analysis mandates as part of major initiatives within the Individual Insurance, Savings and Retirement sector. You will contribute directly to the development of creative solutions for our clients, the improvement of administrative processes, and the organization's financial performance.
As a Business Analyst, Data Management, you will be at the core of our mission. Join large-scale transformation projects and collaborate with various stakeholders while considering the interdependencies between initiatives. Partner with business stakeholders to clarify their needs and recommend solutions that support growth, efficiency, client experience, advisor experience, and employee experience objectives.
Provide leadership in facilitating workshops with stakeholders from an innovation, optimization, and performance perspective. Conduct documented, data-driven analyses, participate in business process modeling, assess impacts of changes, and contribute to the development of optimized solutions. Define business needs and requirements,
contribute to the product backlog, translate business rules for technology teams, participate in testing strategies and user acceptance testing (UAT), and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstrates a strong ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and exercise influential leadership within large-scale projects. Has between 5 and 10 years of experience in business analysis, particularly in transformation, data integration, and business process optimization environments. Has an advanced level of proficiency in French and an intermediate level in English, as the role requires daily communication through emails and meetings with English-speaking business partners.
