Position : Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) – Salesforce Location: Onsite at Toronto, ON Duration: 6 to 12 month of contract with possible Job Summary Client are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) to support business initiatives and technology product delivery for Client. This is a predominantly business-facing role (approximately 80%), working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, drive project execution, and coordinate feature delivery. The role supports Salesforce-based initiatives along with other business technology projects.

Note : Must have prior Retail industry experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar business-facing technology delivery role. ~ This is 80% business facing role and sit in business (not IT)



~5 years’ experience working closely with business to deliver technology products ~ Lead requirements discussions with business ~ Drive requirements delivery with WW team ~ Manage all SDLC phases to deliver feature changes to Canada business ~ Conduct Testing ~ Plan and support rollout activities - training, comms and post GoLive support ~ Majority Salesforce project + Other non-projects ~ SFDC experience desired (Sales / Marketing Campaign). Candidate will support capabilities built on Salesforce ~ Strong communication skills to lead and manage product feature discussions and delivery with business team ~ Proactive with Positive Problem solving skills ~ Able to work independently ~ Quick learner
