What you will be doing:

- Own business requirements and backlog for Interac e-Transfer / RTR workstreams

- Partner with fraud, AML, operations, treasury, contact centre, product, and technology teams

- Identify operational impacts and required business process changes

- Define acceptance criteria and business outcomes

- Support compliance readiness activities

- Document risks, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions

- Prepare materials for steering committees and executive stakeholders

- Coordinate business readiness, training, communications, and operational implementation activities

What you must have:

- 5+ years Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst experience





- Experience delivering large-scale Interac e-Transfer or Real-time rail experiences

- Robust requirements elicitation and backlog management experience

- Experience leading cross-functional workshops and stakeholder engagement, with proven experience working with Fraud, AML, compliance or transaction monitoring

- Ability to translate regulatory and operational requirements into business requirements and user stories

- Digital banking experience (retail and/or commercial)

- Experience supporting executive presentations, business cases, and decision-making

Salary/Rate Range: $75.00 -$80.00/hour INC
