As a Technical Business Analyst, you will contribute to this goal by performing hand‑on analysis for new and current products and services integrations with our marketplace platform and our processes. Participate in technical and operational discussions with vendors, and act as an SME for internal teams.

Elicit and document business needs and requirements from identified stakeholders, in the context of recent vendor integrations and current vendor integrations improvements. Define success criteria and participate in acceptance testing. Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, IT or equivalent experience. ~2-5 years of experience in product ownership, functional analysis, business analysis or product management. ~ Excellent English skills, both spoken and written. ~ Experience within SaaS vendor or reseller ecosystem is considered an asset. ~ Experience with Azure DevOps, Postman, Rest API's, SQL, Power BI, Copilot, Python, and/or Power Automate is considered an asset. ~ You have a thirst for learning and a definite interest in the field of high technology.



~ You are results-oriented and capable of proposing realistic but ambitious business strategies. ~ You have a customer centric and business focused mindset and are comfortable having conversations with clients. ~ You can work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. ~ You ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
