As 3DBioFibR continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and highly organized Business Development Associate to support both our Business Development and administrative functions. This is a junior-level position offering broad exposure to the commercial and operational activities of a growing biotechnology company.

The successful candidate will play an significant role in supporting customer relationships and ensuring the Business Development team remains organized, responsive, and prepared for customer and partner interactions.

Responsibilities will include coordinating meetings and follow-ups, maintaining customer and opportunity information within the Company’s CRM, assisting with customer communications, conducting market research, and supporting conferences, events, and other Business Development activities.

In addition, the Associate will provide administrative support across the organization, including scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, document organization, and general office administration. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented,



comfortable managing multiple priorities, and enjoys working with people. They will have strong written and verbal communication skills and an interest in developing their career in Business Development within a fast-paced and growing biotechnology company.

This position provides an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience across Business Development and company operations while working directly with our customers and partners.
